Through visionary sci-fi and fantasy design, MLL ATELIER creates Vehicles as moving worlds—each one a poetic synthesis of form, function, and narrative. This concept art explores how vehicles shape journeys, embody character, and transform environments. From spacecraft to terrestrial machines, each design carries symbolic meaning, cinematic drama, and futuristic plausibility—crafted to immerse audiences and elevate the story’s emotional and thematic resonance.
The Wind Glider is a soaring sanctuary—a vessel, home, and micro-world designed for Wind World, where terrain is myth and the sky is all. With sweeping bird-like wings flanking its aerodynamic, dual-lobed metal body, it rides air streams like a living being. A dynamic sail unfurls to harness wind for speed bursts and agile steering through high-altitude currents. At its heart, the Wind Glider breathes: an illuminated central aperture channels air through harmonic chambers, generating an ever-changing, windborne music. This soundscape is not noise, but a living lullaby—resonant with the rhythms of travel, memory, and atmosphere. As it moves, a luminous white mist trails behind, a visual whisper of poetry etched across the sky. The Wind Glider is not only engineered—it’s composed.
Wind World is the inspiration for the Wind Glider vehicle. Serving as an extension of a broader universe, the Wind Glider is a vehicle that embodies and invites one to more immersively feel the unique dynamics of Wind World. By stepping aboard the Wind Glider, the Wind World universe comes alive.
The modeling process begins with sculpting expressive forms that capture a vehicle’s essence. Integrated are infrastructure and functionality to explore how design supports movement, purpose, and atmosphere. These 3D models act as sketching tools—iterative, fluid, and strategic—allowing me to test proportions, mechanics, and story potential while refining the vehicle’s silhouette, logic, and emotional impact.
Called the Aevum Splicer, this vehicle doesn’t move through space in a traditional sense — it moves through time-stills. To operate in a place where nothing flows, the Aevum Splicer creates ripples of micro-time around itself, like a boat gently rocking on a perfectly still lake. These time ripples allow it to "row" through stillness without disrupting the suspended environment. It’s not for mass travel — it’s a single or dual occupant craft, intended for soul-level missions: delivering memory-seeds, retrieving lost echoes, or reaching the red eternal flower that blooms outside of time. Each journey made with the Aevum Splicer is deeply symbolic and transformational.
